“ This place reminds me of a bowl of Pho in Vietnam eg. “Pho Le” Simplistic and authentic. I’ve had everything from Cafe Dang Ang to Pho Duy, and this spot is my favourite alongside Linh Cafe which has a richer broth. The side condiments are fresh and the beef they use for their Pho Tai is tender and adds a beefiness when cooked in the hot broth. Their spring rolls are made using Rice Paper and are one of the best in the city. (I personally like the Hanoi style from Cafe Dang Anh) Pho Tan is famous for their Satay Beef Pho #19 but their entire menu is delicious. The service is also exceptional, very warm and attentive. They always check up on you. ”
